The overall reason why I switched is because it is the closest gym and I wanted no excuses not to show up. I think the place is extremely small although it has two floor. Then they switched from one app to another and it makes it even harder to check in. All I can say is that at least I have a gym near by.

The doctor wanted me to slowly start exercising, but I couldn't figure out what to do or if I did things I'd over do it and hurt. I really needed a trainer that was incredibly knowledgable about the body works and knew how to effectively work around injuries. I also need a trainer who would push me if I needed it, but more importantly make sure I wasn't doing too much or the wrong thing. Lisa is perfect. She is creative and adaptive in her workouts and exercises; she is clearly incredible knowledgable about muscles and the way the body moves; and has had a lot of experience with women with all types of injuries. Plus she comes to my house! I highly recommend Lisa for anyone looking to get healthier.
