I asked for the postal address to forward documentation so we could get our issue resolved but she hung up on me. Thinking this could have been accident, I phone back immediately and she would not answer. I left a voicemail and still have not heard back. I likewise left a message for Mike Bukaty and I am still waiting a response. This is not the level of professionalism I would expect.

In Dec 2019 I was quoted by Jeff Walstrom $775 for health ins. for the 2020 year. I agreed to the…read morepolicy and enrolled in auto debit for the pmts. In Jan of 2020, I received an email from Jeff Walstrom stating my ins. would go up to $910 a month effective Feb 1, 2020. I complained and reminded him he quoted me less than 30 days ago, so he agreed to honor the $775 price through May of 2020. In May of 2020, I was charged 910.00 which was not supposed to happen until June of 2020. Then in June of 2020, I was auto debited $1035 without any notification from Jeff Walstrom or BCBS. I emailed him several times and sent him a copies of the rate sheet he provided. Jeff stated the rates increased again in June and the rate sheet was now expired. Now I am paying over $1035 a month for a policy that was originally quoted at $775. My rate was increased of $261.76 in 6 months. I also never approved the auto debit amounts to raise or be changed without my knowledge, so I am filing a BBB complaint. Jeff Walstrom is not a good agent, nor is he good with communication, nor does he follow-up on anything. He quotes you and enrolls you into auto debit, then takes more money that he is supposed to. CHECK YOUR AUTO DEBIT if you have a policy with him.

The company filed our taxes late and…read moredid not notify us this was an issue until we received a letter from the Missouri Department of Revenue regarding a fiduciary tax notice of adjustment that was owed. In addition, the company charged us a $19.00 application extension fee which was never brought to our attention in advance. After multiple attempts over several months to get an answer and resolution the owner just kept saying he was out of town and would address it when he returned which never occurred. They also changed the fees for completing the taxes after giving us an initial quote. Overall, not trustworthy or ethical in how they do business based on my experience.
