Yet another 5-star experience with the great team at Gleamworks! Took my week old Tesla Model 3 to…read moreIgor/Timur as I wanted to get ahead of the much talked about "soft paint" issue with Teslas. While it's easy to up-sell unnecessary services, Igor thoroughly explained the best (and most cost efficient) options to protect my paint and address my other concerns of poor rear-view visibility in rainy conditions (like that ever happens in Vancouver ;) Ended up getting the PPF gold package and ceramic coating on my rear windowshield. Additionally, Gleamworks added protection film on my whole back bumper/luggage guard as a free bonus. They even complimentarily installed the console wraps that I had bought elsewhere but hadn't yet had time to do myself! Dropped the car off at their immaculate shop on Wed morning; picked it on Friday morning. The wraps were completely undetectable and the car was blindingly shiny! Having driven the car for a month now, there are absolutely no blemishes/bubble to the PPF and rain now pours off the rear windshield. I really could not be happier with the service, quality and price of the work I had done at Gleamworks. Highly, highly recommend... and if you want to get anything done before 2020, they will honour a 10% discount on services over $1000 if you use code "2019VW10OFF". Last compliment - Igor and Timur are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and SUPER nice guys! It is a pleasure to support businesses like this!

The attention to detail and care that the group provided while working on my car is very obvious. They work on your car as if it's one of their own. Upon picking up my new model s from Tesla I drove it straight to HAV Extreme Protection for full application of paint protection film (PPF) and chrome delete. United Awning & Signs have been in business for over 30 years, and we have been using their…read moreservices for over 6 years, Prospective customers should ignore Mark H's 1* review - United are always busy and work six days a week to serve customers in the best way that they can. During times when the workload is overwhelming tentative projects can get missed. However, full attention is always given to customers with firm orders that are in place with deposits paid. The frustration in Mark H's review is somewhat understandable, but United were under no obligation to serve him, and Mark was within his right to shop elsewhere for a quotation. Knowing the full background on this, Mark is a Commercial Realtor for MacDonald Realty in West Vancouver - his comments are unfair and biased. The important thing to note is that United offer the best pricing combined with shortest production & installation lead times (usually 10 -15 business days) of any awning & sign company on the Lower Mainland. Added to this the quality of product that they deliver is always first class. Everything from welding, graphic design, cutting, sewing is all done in-house by this family operated business. We wouldn't use anyone else, and would always recommend United. If you don't get service and a response right away, it's because they have a large volume of work already on order - United will always honour their commitment to delivering on firm projects first ahead of taking on more work.
