This year (my first year as the event coordinator) I ordered floor decals and they suggested a new material. It was more durable, longer lasting and less likely to leave residue on the floor when removed. Trying this product for the first time didn't go well. I emailed the company. They responded the next day and asked to come help us place the next decal to show us they do it. The customer service and attention to our specific needs is unmatched by my previous experiences. The product is a superior product just needs a little more finesse when putting them into place. So glad they came out to work with us and show us the best process.

The redwood used was gorgeous. Payment was cash up-front which had us a little weary but she told us she would have them ready in about an hour so we hung out for a little bit to watch her get started then ran a few errands. By the time we were back, she had them all routed out and was just finishing up staining them. Our three signs ran us about $80, which I though was very reasonable for handmade woodwork. I'll definitely come back next time I need something like that again.
