Their support, with very rare exceptions is a bunch of clueless people with zero training on the product (like: Errr... it's working on my side). After that, though, they continued charging but never updated anything on our website. We never heard from them, and whenever I called it was really hard to reach someone. Then 12 months later I got a bill for several thousand dollars. Of course, I refused to pay and their financial director, Parl, agreed and said that if I did send him$100 he would transfer our domain name to another company. I sent him the number, but he has yet to unlock the domain. The company which is designing the new website, and I have been trying to contact him. I leave messages on his personal cell as well as at PatientDocs. He has yet to return a call. I strongly warn you to NOT get involved with this company. Their design service was good but their web hosting and their responsiveness doesn't even warrant 1 star! but I have to click on 1 star to post this review!!
