Absolute horrible daycare service! Turnover of kids is constant due to unprofessional management lying to parents.

Kayla (owner of Keeka's Kiddoz) has a predatory contract. You pay a fee to her (via Keeka's Kiddoz)…read moreevery time a babysitter sits for you IN ADDITION to the fee you pay to the sitter. In my case, she demanded $100 every time a sitter visited us. If you need to reschedule, then there is another fee to Kayla yet again, even if it is a makeup, as well as a cancellation fee. And the terms of her contract never expire -- you can never use a nanny found through her service ever again without either paying Kayla that per-visit fee or giving her a $500 "theft of services" fee. Parents beware!

I highly recommend using Keeka's Kiddoz if you are looking for a nanny. Kayla is super quick to…read morerespond and works very quickly to match you up with a wonderful nanny to fit your schedule. We used Keeka's Kiddoz 2 years ago to find a nanny for my three young boys (including a newborn) for two days a week. She found us the best nanny, who we love and became a part of our family. When our nanny decided to open up her own child care facility recently, Kayla helped us find another loving and nurturing nanny to watch my youngest. In both cases she was able to find us a wonderful nanny and very quickly! For anyone who may be hesitant due to cost, this is the second nanny service I've used (the other one was in California). To me, the upfront cost is completely worth it. Kayla pre-screens and pre-interviews the nannies and makes sure she is sending over highly qualified and dependable people. I've had many friends go through Care.com to find nannies and ended up with unpleasant experiences. It is completely worth the cost for ease and also knowing your child is home with someone who has been thoroughly screened and vetted. I can't say enough great things about Keeko's Kiddos- thank you!!

This needs an updated review. THEY'RE BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE STATE FOR NEGLECT…read more We were supposed to bring our infant to the Redmond location at the beginning of 2025. We did a tour and I had a really uneasy feeling but my husband said he thought it would be a good fit, so I chalked it up to new mama nerves. Turns out, my gut was spot on. The daycare was still getting vetted by the state to take infants and were right in the end of the process when we filled out all the paperwork. I had been texting the owner and we had a hard start date on a Monday, which is when we absolutely needed care because my husband was going back to work on Tuesday (after I had already gone back). We had made a plan for our daughter to start part time the week before we absolutely needed care to give an adjustment period for everyone. The owner was on top of texting until that week. I had to text constantly and she kept telling me they were "almost done" and she'd let me know. She ignored my texts into the weekend and finally at 11 pm on Sunday night, when our daughter was supposed to start Monday 100%, she said the state didn't approve their application so they couldn't take our daughter into care. Mind you, we had this plan set up for over a month. We had to scramble super fast and were able to find care at the last minute. But thank GOD it happened this way. BRECA, our now daycare, has been amazing. And Mia's is now under investigation for neglectful care. A year later, my stomach still turns when I think about what could have happened if the state approved infant care at Mia's when we needed it. I'm so grateful for the divine intervention and BRECA's care for our daughter! Avoid this place at all costs. Facts in addition to my gut instinct: 1. The building inside is incredibly dark. It had a weird energy and felt doom and gloom. 2. The classes are separated by rooms, as it's an old house. I initially thought that would be a pro, but now realize the more open space, the more eyes and ears on teachers and kids. 3. Even the entrance just looked messy and disorganized. Kids get into everything. I know boundaries are taught but I want them taught in a safe and clean environment. 4. The area they had designated for infants was incredibly small and cramped. I wasn't sure where my baby was going to be able to explore and crawl once she got moving. And if they ever needed another teacher due to baby/teacher ratio capacity, there was no room at all for another adult. 5. A ridiculous amount of paperwork with very little communication. TRUST YOUR GUT!!!

Be aware. The owner lies and is confrontational when caught in one. Natalia the director is not…read moremuch better other than not hot and confrontational, but lies just as much. And they are both manipulative . They say alot of things with no follow through. I had two daughters that went there daily a 4 year old and 2 year old and 7 year old that went on occasion on non school days, which she hates because they do not have a room for non nappers so they make them lay for 3 hours since 3 hours is the nap time duration sometimes more. My 4 year old now 5 told me they would not give you an activity if you did not "nap" only if you napped and woke up, which is against the childcare regulations. And when They tell you they give your kids who dont sleep books and colors even when and if they actually do, its too dark for them to see anything and Not good for their eyes, also against childcare regulation, since the regulation is you must be able to see all childrens face from any angle of the room, and i couldnt even see my daughters face when i went in and was walking to each child bending down to find her i could even tell which one was her is was always so dark. I told them it needed changed and theybwoukd do it for a few days or while i was there and then change it back. Natalia put a little tiny table for non napper like older kids that fits maybe one or two children in the hallway that occupies them for maybe 20 minutes and she seems to think this is going to satisfy parents, which along with myself other parents ive spoke to were not happy about. When we met to discuss what was relayed to me from my older daughters about my toddler being yelled at martha was conditional and made excuses blaming it on my 2 year old as if it was appropriate to yell. She would burst in tears everyday of dropping her off the entire time we were there of 3-4 months. Since moving her to where i take them now she hasnt cried once at drop off from day one. Occasionally will say she doesnt want to go because she wants to be with me but once we walk in she excited. Its been a huge difference and a blessing. Mias ask that your children wear shoes they can put on themselves and usually want teachers to refrain from helping them. They close many days or regularly ask you to pick up early due meetings i believe due to the such high turnover and always having new hires. I've been told from former employees that Martha gets confrontational towards them in front of the kids, which I will believe since she did this with me during our meeting in the front office, although it was not in front of the kids, she was quick to get confrontational and defensive. They often ask you to tell them when youre coming before you come. They say its because they want to greet you at the door but this is a lie, even if you do tell them they don't always great you. Is creepy especially since my high level of concern for what goes on in the facility and that every-time i showed up unannounced something was not right or appropriate. The current place we go to does not ever ask for advanced notice but out of curiosity there is times it is beneficial to give them a heads up but they dont ask it of you, its just courtesy. Since leaving i heard from employees one of the newer teachers was horrible with the toddlers in the 2's class. Getting physical with them like pinching their cheeks together. But luckily im not there so know, because i pulled my children from that horror house. If you're looking for somewhere who lies to you about what they are doing with your kids, makes them lay down for 3 plus hours in the total dark, is ok with employees yelling at the children, somewhere you dont feel complete comfort that your kids are happy and safe there while youre away and doesnt follow state regulations this may be the place for you. But if you want your kids to be happy, healthy and safe and to be able to trust where they are i recommend going somewhere else. Any positive reviews i read from the bend location at least i always feel must be parents that dont talk with their children, aren't attentive and doesnt take the time to observe and do unannounced stop by to see what's actually happening with their children. I may not talk to the employees much to get a good feel for who the good ones are, who eventually can give them information of what's really happening when they are not there, because there's a high level of concerns for kids that go to this facility.
