We are there for strengthening our bodies not for counseling, and most gyms are open like that. I thought it was extremely sanitary, everyone wore masks and they take your temp when you walk in. I didn't think I'd ever be able to walk again, normally anyway, but now I feel hope and with the help of this staff, the hard work is paying off. Emily is awesome, she knows what she's doing and is very confident and professional, I adore her! Also, because of bad experiences with other physical therapy clinics I chose to pay out of pocket to go here when my insurance would of paid to go elsewhere, that's how strongly I believe in the importance of a good PT.

If you miss two appointments, they discharged you and send a note to your workman's comp case manager that you are to go back to work. When I called back the front desk girl was so rude and said, "by the way, I would have never scheduled you during a team meeting" and said she would give the director a message and he would, "call me back if he wants to". My workman's comp case manager was blown away. I have to wait to be seen to get another referral to another place, and in the meantime, because of this place, I risk losing programmers and re-injury.

I looked at about 20 different websites, and had initial consultations with at least 10 (yes, 10!) different GAPS practitioners. When I came across Jennifer, she easily stood out head and shoulders above the rest. I loved that she was squarely focused on GAPS (where most of the other folks did a little of this and a little of that), and it was clear she knew her stuff. For me one of the biggest benefits to working with Jennifer was her game-changing initial recommendations. There were a few things that were causing me quite a bit of grief when I came to Jennifer. With a few tweaks, I received instant relief and am ever-so-grateful. I suppose the only thing I would've done differently in working with Jennifer is to bring her onboard earlier. I did GAPS on my own for about a year. I read everything I could get my hands on and was an internet researching maniac. It was e-x-h-a-u-s-t-i-n-g. Beyond just telling me what I should add to my diet or try to avoid, she really tried to give me background knowledge to *why* such dietary changes are important - such as the different types of oils and fats, or a what a good balance of carbs and proteins and fats looks like. After my session, she sent me a whole bunch of recipe and snack ideas that would fit perfectly with my time, budget, and dietary needs. Jennifer also works with clients who need larger changes, such as weight loss or acne treatment. She's a certified GAPS practitioner, which I don't know too much about but I hear good things. What I really like about working with Jennifer, though, is that her approach isn't "one size fits all". She doesn't just have one rigid theory on nutrition that she tries to pin on you; rather, I feel that she really listens to my specific needs and goals in order to come up with a unique plan. Already, I'm becoming more aware of what I eat and how it makes me feel. I still have several more sessions with Jennifer, and I'm excited to learn more about nutrition and put all of the information into practice.

All hail Dr Fred!…read more Seriously, this is a great place to go. I was in a lot of pain from a dislocated rib (didn't know it at the time), and on a referral from a friend, gave them a call. I was able to talk to Dr. Fred, and he said "Come in, I'll work you in." He was true to his word. It took me longer to fill out paperwork (doesn't it always?) then I waited to see him. He worked me in right away, diagnosed the problem, and treated me for it. I had a followup appointment the next week, and he suggested some exercises that I could do to help strengthen my muscles so this wouldn't be an ongoing problem. Dr Fred is a nice guy, very friendly and patient, and gentle. Well, as gentle as a chiropractor can be. Christine in the office, and Casey the massage therapist are also top notch people.

Dr. Kim really cares about your wellbeing and has an uncanny insight into what structurally is wrong. I highly recommend Dr. Kim for all your chiropractic needs! MY EXPERIENCE: Dr. Kim was recommended to me by name from an energy medicine practitioner I was seeing. She told me that Dr. Kim was the best chiropractor she'd ever known and was making tremendous progress healing injuries almost half a century old. I was skeptical but I decided to give her a try. I was even more skeptical when I realized the building was small, right off the main road, and you would miss it if you weren't looking for it. There was not much parking available, but I managed to find a spot and went inside. Inside the door was a little reception area, and on my first appointment I was a little confused by the energy. If you are sensitive, or empathic, you will know what I mean. I noticed a few crystals and an aromatherapy mister making the place smell very nice. They were very busy and perhaps a bit behind, and at first I felt a little ignored. It was only later that I learned that it was because Dr. Kim dedicates whatever amount of time is required for each patient, a true measure of caring. My first appointment they did an intake session, all kinds of measurements and reflex tests to get a baseline for my physical state. After 30 minutes they started massaging areas that I had indicated needing attention as sore or bound up, with a rapidly vibrating device. This is what they call the "Rapid Release Technique" or "Active Release Technique". After about 45 minutes of a thorough exam, I finally got to see Dr. Kim. I didn't know what to expect on first meeting her, but let me tell you, I was blown away by her uncanny intuition when she began to examine me! She's a Texas spitfire, medically trained but also skilled in many alternative and complementary therapies including energy work. Within 30 seconds of beginning to examine me, she found energetic (grounding) and physical reasons for my conditions. As the website says, they do whole body chiro, not just neck and back! She did my neck adjustment in a more thorough way than I've ever had done. Then she finished doing my back, my ribs, my shoulders, and collarbone too. Dr. Kim gave me a complimentary copy of her new book and advised me to do the "zen stretch" described within. The session ended with me getting on a roller bed that used jets of hot water --- it was amazing!! AM I HEALED? After the first visit, my shoulder became straighter, didn't click as much, and felt less chronic soreness in the joint, my neck hurt a little less (I am a writer and web developer, so I spend a lot of hours sitting in front of a computer and using a mouse), and my lower back, hips, and feet were feeling better, as well. After 2 months of sessions every week, I am feeling better than I have overall in 4 years!
