I was told I may not be able to fully straighten my elbow after what happened by my dr but Tori helped me get my full range of motion back. I also had another issue they were working on (sort of). When I got up the day after my 3rd visit I could barely stand on my knee. She really set me back. It's been 5 days and it's not back to where it was before she started on me. I've changed over to another company. I hope they can help me.

I have had by far the best success at Trails End - Sue and Dawn are excellent. In the past 5 years, I've needed PT for a swimmer's shoulder injury and after surgery for a ruptured achilles tendon. Both times my PT with Sue and Dawn was crucial to a good outcome, allowing me to return to swimming and hiking, skiing, etc. They are patient, thorough, kind yet tough (PT hurts! but stick to it). I have no question that I would return to Trails End should I need PT again in the future.

After spotting Benchmark, I saw a TV ad. I figured why not give this place a try. Day 1 was amazing. The receptionist checked us in quickly and made everything streamlined...from the appointments, to the insurance, to the paperwork, etc. We met with therapists Elle and Megan. Their disposition alone helped to calm our fears about physical therapy. They took immediate control and wasn't afraid to get their hands dirty. They removed the bandages to assess the injury, measured the swelling for future reference, took measurements of flexion and extension...this place is thorough. We had no hesitation in setting up new appointments. We have since seen other therapists and have been pleased with their continued escalation of workouts based on my progress. They definitely coordinate a recovery plan and communicate this with the staff. JJ has been phenomenal. Thank you JJ! After a car accident resulting in a head injury, I self-referred to the clinic as I saw that they had a concussion specialist. I was so lucky to encounter Jesse and to have his care throughout my 6 month rehabilitation process, leading me to regain full-functioning. I hated the lazer. I hated the maze. I hated the dot on the wall. And, I hated the restrictions of basically not using my brain. BUT... I followed the rules, stayed the course, enjoyed banter with Jesse and trusted him fully. In the past 6 months, I have run 500 miles and plan on running 500 more (sounds like there's a song lyric hiding there-- I swear I didn't mean it!) in preparation for some races I have planned in September/October. I've done my homework on running form, seen probably dozens of YouTube videos and thought I knew what I was doing as far as running was concerned. I have a tendency to start cramping on my right leg and thought to invest the money into PT to make sure I was running correctly. And boy was it worth it! Right from the get go, Jessie identified the weakness in my right foot and from the video analysis we identified the issue-- the weakness caused my right foot to compensate by over pronating while I run. Seeing my foot almost collapse from the pronation was both eye opening and humbling. Jesse set me up with a few exercises in order to correct my gait and I'm grateful to have come in-- I'd like to correct my form BEFORE I put a ton more miles on it. My calves and ankles are also grateful! If you're thinking about undertaking any athletic endeavor, getting PT is well worth it. If you have had a history of pain or injury in the past, PT will help you with form and strengthening the weak links and the energy leaks in your exercises. And ESPECIALLY if you have pain, they'll try to work with your insurance so that you won't have to pay everything out of pocket. Thanks!

For months now I have been working from home and been experiencing right elbow pain for about 2…read moremonths. This was making it harder to work and to do any daily functions with my right arm. I have been guessing my pain have been contributed by my work-from-home ergonomic settings like the desk and the chair height. I decided to see this physical therapy first to get their opinion if I needed to seek a medical doctor for my issue. When I called the front desk, she made it so easy to schedule and to check my benefits so I clearly understood what to expect for all my office visits. I was super happy I was able to get an appointment within the same week I called. During my first visit they recommended a brace different then the one I had purchased a week prior to my appointment. It's only been a couple days using the new brace and it worked and improved my pain tremendously. The physical therapists there were VERY knowledgeable!!! I also just recently changed my work space at home to make it more ergonomically functional for me too. This clinic is SUPER clean and organized. They truly care about our health and safety and take Covid very seriously. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

So much so that this last time I needed PT, I sought out a different group of Physical Therapist. Now that I've been getting therapy from a different group, I can safely say that the comparison of quality care between the two is extremely evident and solidly confirms my reasoning to look for better care. Hours of operations fit my schedule being 7am-6pm monday-friday.
