Signed up for 5 packgaes and had two courses with Emma. Unfortunately I had to cancel the third one…read morebecause of a meeting that extended past 4, and because I don't drive, I have to take a bus all the way to the studios from downtown. No trains go there either. Given the circumstances, I felt Emma would be more accomodating and be willing to postpone the class. Instead, she snaps at me saying "If I can drive here, you can too". Again, she didn't remember I don't drive, and she didn't drive just for me. She has a lineup of classes after mine which was at 5. Then comes Kayla - probably the rudest person I've had to deal with in a long time. Emma was going to Nashville for a singing competition, and I was to stick with Kayla. In her answering machine, it clearly stated that if you cant reach her, TEXT her at some number. By the way, she NEVER replies her phone (which makes you wonder why she even has one) and I was left texting and hearing back from her hours later. Of course, they have a 24h cancellation policy and I wanted to hike the next day. Because of her not answering on time, I "cancelled within the 24 h policy" that I argued with her over text - again, because she just doesnt answer her call. I finally get a call from Kayla and I felt like it was my ex psycho girlfriend yelling at me. I stayed quiet in disbelief and texted her "great customer service" at the end. Let us make it clear, bad customer service, and business ethics, and only interested in $. Emma was decent in her teachings but again, it was about the $

I used to order from them frequently and never had any issues, but my latest order is turning into…read morea horror story. Their cart system is extremely flawed and never sent me any kind of receipt after I paid via paypal. Even the paypal receipt has no details of what I ordered. When I emailed them, it took 48 hrs to get any reply and they said they have no record of me ordering a motherboard, so they only sent me the ram on my order. They claim that someone else must have ordered the motherboard+cpu combo at the same time so when my order went through it was already sold out. Their system still allowed me to proceed and make full payment via paypal. The other thing that is fishy is that the same item I ordered that they claim is sold out is on ebay for $18 more and the listing says they have 8 of them. My latest emails have not gotten any response. If you order anything from these guys, I recommend taking screenshots of each order page and paying with credit card not paypal. I am not looking forward to have to deal with paypal on this.
