After the first year he stopped blowing off my sidewalk/ patio . When asked why he stopped doing it, he said I was not paying for premium services and became confrontational and nasty. One winter he shovel snow in my backyard at 1:30 / 2:00 am which is directly under my neighbo's bedroom window. My neighbors were livid.
