The best part was that they didn't have an opening for a surgery for a while and they actually gave me a name of another surgeon to see if he had a sooner time that was amazing I would totally recommend this Office. They were all very kind. It was very clean

My husband recently had surgery on his right shoulder, for biceps tenodesis and subacromial balloon spacer, to help relieve the pain of bone-on-bone impact due to osteoarthritis, and I have been receiving cortisone injections for similar pain in both shoulders... The meticulous attention and care of all the staff is to be congratulated. I have been experiencing pain relief, and my husband is slowly regaining mobility in his right shoulder, also thanks to Dr. David Graff, who heads the Physical Therapy Department. Their combined expertise, personal service, attention to detail and wonderful patient care make this an outstanding resource in the Las Vegas area. I highly recommend them for any orthopedic services.

I went to see Angela Greenhalgh yesterday and she was the most uncaring and dismissive "doctor"…read moreI've ever seen in my life. It was my first and last time seeing her. She entered the room and didn't even introduce herself so I didn't even know her name for this review until I got my patient paperwork. My primary doctor referred me to Orthopedic & Spine Institute concerned that I have spinal arteritis. I told this to Greenhalgh and she just scoffed and said that I was too young to have such a problem. I'm 41 with quite a few deteriorating illnesses since childhood there is nothing "too young" but my body or condition. She didn't ask about the background of my medical condition or family history. When I told her about the neuropathy in both of my legs she looked at me shocked and said "you had diabetes??" opening my patient file would have shown her that fact, my generational diabetes is the first thing listed in my patient folder. She tried to A1C shame me when I told her my A1C is 7.6 then back tracked when I told her my A1C was 14.8 and I've been working hard to revert my A1C. She told me my problem would go away if I loss weight and exercise. -Again- because she didn't ask me anything about anything she would have known that I work out everyday already and go to Physical Therapy for my frozen shoulder and am already at my target weight goal. I'm already the smallest and most fit me of my life and the back problem came after. She never examined me physically she only looked at the x-rays and she said that it showed that my spine bones are deteriorating but apparently the solution for bone loss is to stop being fat She told me I was too young for back problems at least 4 times and that I just need to lose weight at least 3 times. Complete waste of time and money. I went to see my primary today and told them everything and they're referring me to a pain management specialist and a different orthopedic place. It's too bad because I already go to UMC Orthopedic & Spine Institute to see Dr Iman for my frozen shoulder and he's great. I was really excited to finally be seen about my back problems and just throughly disappointed in Angela Greenhalgh lack of skill and treatment. It just goes to show that one bad apple can ruin a whole tree because I never want to go back to this establishment.

This is my first time at this office, two hrs later and no injections! I haven't started any treatment yet, although I thought I would be getting a TPI. During my appointment, I was informed that they would have to request the notes from my cervical medial branch block doctor and my previous pain management doctor. This was a little disappointing given that I waited two weeks for this appointment and had previously provided my MRIS. There was no previous mention about my prior doctor's notes. I was also informed that they need to check for pre-approval for my tpi. Again, I explained to this doctor that my insurance doesn't require pre-approval. I called my insurance as soon as I left this office and they informed me that they will contact pain specialists of Nevada in the morning since they were already closed to inform them of their procedure. Dr Nguyen discussed other options with me like an epidural. We also discussed their MLS laser while I was there. I did explain to Dr helmi that I had some red laser treatment at a prior chiropractic office. He claimed that laser was a superficial laser that only went skin deep. Their laser supposedly goes deeper. Two days later, I called in and spoke to I Sandy. She agreed there should be no issue since my insurance doesn't require pre-approval I asked to speak to her manager. 12 minutes later and I get transferred to Soroya
