    This place is going downhill we were promised to get the outside power washed but still waiting for…read morethat looks like a horror movie where the staircases are the Halloween decor is already there. We pay for exterminator monthly fee but he does a horrible job. furnitures sits outside the dumpster for months. Saw a dead mice other day yikes! Can't wait for my lease to be up! Dogs walk freely without a leash here. Nothing being done about these stray cats that scratches your car! Maintenance men barely knocks and walks right in had someone today not even acknowledge themselves while I working from home no manners at all pushed the fire alarm checked only one alarm not the second how rude and he speeds in the parking lot like he's on a mission! Last but not least New management is horrible her name now is Chris she talks over you and hangs up in your face very disrespectful. Harasses visitors threatening to call the police on them during visiting hours can we say psycho ? Hope we get a better nicer respectable professional landlord this like the 4th one this year. Look elsewhere not worth it!

But I want to give a special, huge thank you to manager Karen Hill and Lou, maintenance person. They are so quick to respond to requests and needs. Recently my drier died. Before I replaced it Lou came to clean out the vent line and discovered problems in the line. He and Karen worked tirelessly and kept checking in to make sure all was working after repairs were done. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a home. THANK YOU Karen and Lou.

    The absolute worst experience with a property management company I've ever experienced. Service…read morerequests for serious repair needs are completely ignored unless you call or text them non-stop. Then they lie and blame the home owners for not approving the repairs. This happened to me and I spoke directly to the home owner who told me they were never even informed of a needed repair. Then, they attempt to withhold security deposits for repairs that haven't even been completed. I asked for the repair invoices and receipts and it's going on two weeks and I haven't received a response. Seems like the receipts should be easily assessable given that they have them listed in detail in the letter they sent me. They accuse all renters of smoking in the property in an attempt to charge $500 plus smoke remediation fees. They told me they found cigarette butts in the home and are trying to charge me for it when no one ever smoked in the home while I was a tenant. When I vacated the property, I videoed every inch of the property and as my video will prove, there were no cigarette butts anywhere in the home. They even said they have pictures of cigarette butts inside the home, yet haven't sent a time stamped copy to me. In addition, their claims of numerous repairs would certainly have resulted in many individuals being in the home since I left. How do know that one of them didn't smoke while there. I spoke with a gentleman 2 weeks ago who was there replacing windows and the front door was wide open and he was the only person there, hence no supervision when repair people are in the home. They currently have numerous lawsuits pending against them now and are about to have another one as I'm filing my complaint for unjust enrichment and breach of contract this week. Beware.

As others mentioned they are rude (for lack of better words), and most unprofessional. It is also true, that once they get your money, you only hear from them when it is time to collect more. Other than that, their assistance is literally non existent. Too busy running their Facebook page, I guess.... Lyssa Stuckey reviewed Fowler & Fowler, Realtors -- 1 star July 3 at 1:06pm · Dishonest and Greedy. We lived in a property for four years, they never had any problems or complaints from us. In December 2016, they say they are putting the house on the market and demanded a lot of extras from us; we decided it was time to look for a more peaceful place. It was a serious invasion of privacy. Lisa Duke broke the lease on many occasions by not giving us 24 hours notice to show the house; and it was all terribly inconvenient as my husband and both work long hours. We are finally moved and she says we won't get our deposit back because we did not notify her 30 days before moving. Thankfully, the landlord is a kind man, I notified him of the problem and I hope he defends us. I also plan to contact Legal Aid and Realtor associations to see if she has broken any rules. We paid $19,600 to live there and left it in good shape, we don't deserve the hateful treatment bestowed upon us.
