This is a newer Tractor Supply. It's building seems smaller than the one in my hometown. I didn't see anything amiss. Nicely stocked and very clean. I also received a nice warm welcome upon entry. As of January 5th, we are still waiting for Windows, while our house sits open to the winter weather. It seems the windows were finally put on a truck December 16th.... and even though the truck didn't arrive in SC, no one at Neelys could been bothered to track the shipment. We finally contacted Marvin ourselves yesterday. They did a little research and found out that the truck broke down and the windows were returned back to their warehouse where they've been sitting since the 17th of December. As I write this, I still cannot get Marvin Windows or Neelys doors and windows to give us a tracking number or a delivery date. I would never do business with Neely's or Marvin again. Once we selected one then we would get an estimate for the whole house. Then also said they would give us addresses for windows in the area so we could see them in person the different types on older homes like ours. Never heard from them. Have send 2 emails back now and nothing. I guess they don't want someone using a local business. Will have to go with a big window company as they are the ones giving me estimates and service promptly.

Rob went above and beyond to get things resolved by coordinating with the the owner, the girls, and me (as car owner) in Virginia. His team used a lift and chain saws to get them going in a short time. I was really impressed that he updated me often even though I wasn't the one paying him, the AirBNB owner was. Plus it was a fair price. It was clear that they care as much about people as they do making money. Highly recommend.

They are thorough for sure, but they are inconsiderate, no regard for doing damage to personal property (driveways, yards, etc), driving heavy equipment on people's property. I am not sure what they're being paid, but right now I'm rather pissed with the wreck they made of my driveway. They ignored and disregarded the easement access and instead used my drive to position their equipment. They've been in the neighborhood multiple times and this isn't a one time occurrence, just the first time I've been directly impacted. Definitely, do not hire.

These guys are great in my book!…read more On a rainy Saturday I needed a pump for my Mom's basement that had flooded. The one the plumber had placed was working at a snail's pace with a garden hose attached. Gaston Rentals had at least three different pumps to chose from - one small one (similar to the plumber's), a heavy duty midsize with a 2' hose and a beastly 3" waste pump (gas powered). I chose the midsize, an industrial cord and 100 feet of hose. With tax it was all a little under $80. A disaster relief company would have likely charged 6-8 times that, so the DIY saved us some $$$. The guys were very helpful and even loaded everything in my car. I was able to keep the pump until Monday AM without any additional charges. The only bad news was after about 2.5 hours I went to move the pump (not rocket science, "plug and play" and completely submersible) to a lower point and when I plugged it back in, it wouldn't restart. Luckily most of the water had been pumped out by that time and if it was a weekday I'm sure they would have exchanged it. One of the hoses had a small leak too but it did not affect water removal at all. One star docked for equipment failure otherwise great concept and service. If you need any heavy or light duty equipment rentals check these guys out.
