Their management fee is very competitive, over one percent less than what Belong was taking. So far every interaction with Justin has been positive and I feel he is actually caring for my tenants so they no longer feel pressured to leave (like they were with Belong). All the service requests that have been made by tenants are taken care of quickly, and I don't feel that I have to oversee them anymore. Their contractors are top notch too.
