First time doing business with Randy. We are very impressed and grateful. My wife and I got to the new house half hour before the inspection appointment. We noticed something in the house we missed before and that could be a concern to us. We were hesitating to decide if we should proceed to the purchase. After Randy came, we showed him our concern. Almost one hour later, my wife and I made the decision to walk away from the purchase, which means cancellation of the inspection. We felt so sorry for Randy.
