Before I left, I told them I'd be in Mexico, then a day after I arrived, my card got canceled and I wasn't able to access my account. When I returned and questioned them, they said "Yes, we have you down as having been in Mexico, and we canceled your card." That's all they said, not offering any apologies or return for having made my trip so difficult. The other issue is that they continue to add maintenance fees onto my account for no reason. My account average is much higher than the minimum balance of $1,500, and no fees should be charged. This is the second time I've had to cancel the fees, and every time I do, they tell me that they should not be on there and don't know why they keep being added. The second time, however, they refused to reimburse me for more than three months of the fees that should not have been on there in the first place. They are literally taking money out of my pocket and admitting that they should not have done that, but not returning it. Pretty crooked.
