Along the way we discovered a few minor and a few major issues (rotten wood, random electric wires where they shouldn't have been etc.), and they fixed everything without making price adjustments. One major issue was dealt with quickly and with a very fair price adjustment. All in all I am so happy to have found a fair and reliable contractor in our new city. The total price was right in the middle of several offers we got. I will be using them again for a few more projects.
