I was originally told that I absolutely needed a whole new roof by Luke Fleck. I did what he suggested and it's been nothing but leaks in places I've never had them before. Trying to get the repairs done has become a total pain and now I have damage to the interior of my home, including furniture and wallpaper due to the poor workmanship. I also will have to pay multiple contractors to fix the ceiling and other areas that have been effected. Today was the last straw. I've been waiting since 9:00 in the morning for the contractors to show up to do the necessary repairs and it's now after 12:00 pm and they're still a no show after 2 phone calls to the company to ask when or if they are even coming....with no answer to that question, just will call you back....and they don't. Who has the time to sit around and wait all day for someone to show up? Besides the fact that a new roof shouldn't be a problem to worry about constantly. I wouldn't recommend Fleck Roofing to anyone. I truly wish I never heard of their company!

Our house is not a cookie cutter house, but has lots and lots of nooks and windows which stick out and so on and so on. The crew did a fantastic job making the siding fit perfectly everywhere. Along the way we discovered a few minor and a few major issues (rotten wood, random electric wires where they shouldn't have been etc.), and they fixed everything without making price adjustments. One major issue was dealt with quickly and with a very fair price adjustment. All in all I am so happy to have found a fair and reliable contractor in our new city. The total price was right in the middle of several offers we got. I will be using them again for a few more projects.
