She is super knowledgeable and teaches me so much about ways to not tense up my body when I'm not there getting massages. I'm looking into doing other services such as waxes with Robin, but haven't started yet. I started my wax in with Robin and I am happy with what I received. She took her time and made sure I was pretty spotless. I'm starting with underarm waxing before I move to other areas.

I went from being a mess to having great skin in a matter of weeks, thanks to Robyn. She found the right products and facial treatment for my skin, and even though I don't live in Gainesville anymore, I drive back just to see her! Skin Solutions Spa is a clean, calm, beautiful space. I feel a million times better after my treatment, and consider facials a medically necessary expense. I cannot recommend this spa enough.

That's the cheapest I've seen for that amount of time! The stones felt amazing, it truly is one of the most relaxing massages ever! The massage was over all great but didn't really get much attention to my feet being massaged :( all in all great massage! And they were able to take me last minute which was great!

The dressing room was dirtier than should be; the carpet didn't look vacuumed and towels and robes from the previous person were still on the floor. Strike one. The massage was nice, a bit rough, but relaxing. The music playing was awful, though, and ruined the experience. Strike two. Next up was the mani/pedi and all that can be said is that one could do a better job at home alone with an emery board. The nail technician seemed nice enough at first, but quickly started talking politics and religion -- subjects that are fine for discussion in the appropriate venue. Being held hostage in a leaking pedicure chair is not one of them. She kept filing too close and caused blood not once, but twice. During the manicure, she went on and on about how awful our town is now that it's becoming more "citified" and that the student population has pretty much ruined it's quaintness. The only reason we live in this town is because of the university, both having finished our advanced degrees there. The manicure took forever and three and a half hours after entering the spa, I finally left. When I got into the car, I noticed that there was nailpolish all over my cuticles. There were air bubbles in the toe polish and a huge smear on the side of my foot. As I drove away, I left more stressed out than I had when I arrived.

I have huge dents around my mouth that will never go away. No midface to speak of and no volume whatsoever in my lower face. I have orange peel skin, thousands upon thousands of holes that have been branded into my face starting from my forhead hairline all the way down to my jawline. I DID NOT have that awful texture before. I also did not have huge dents and lumpy looking skin where there is nothing but scar tissue underneath my epidermis. My dermis was severely damaged by this woman CHRIS SIMMONS (verified by the dermatologist) and Dr. Brill allowed it. I have scarring EVERYWHERE, stamp marks in my skin where some areas are raised and are square to rectangular ALL OVER MY FACE thanks to CHRIS SIMMONS. Do NOT LET THIS WOMAN TOUCH YOUR FACE WITH ANYTHING. I have absolutely no temples left and the melting of fat even went up the sides of my forehead, actually reshaping my forehead to be much narrower which is horrifying. That will NEVER COME BACK and it's been 3 years!! She also burned my forehead and neck with a TCA peel, and the scarring is now white, so a true chemical burn. When I voiced my concern he said he had spoken to her and that "she went too deep" with the peel!! WOW This woman CHRIS SIMMONS is in the business of destroying faces and lives. Then after I told Dr. Brill I had seen a dermatologist for a second opinion on what was happening with my skin (which was literally getting worse and worse every day) and I told him what the dermatologist said which was that at my age when the skin is thin I should NOT HAVE BEEN allowed to have 5 RFMN he started yelling and shortly after he discharged me from his care!! Abandoning me after having been a loyal patient for 16 yrs. Now my entire face is just SKIN and BONE. DO NOT LET CHRIS SIMMONS TOUCH YOUR FACE WITH ANY TREATMENTS. SHE WILL RUIN YOU IN ORDER TO PUT MONEY IN HER POCKET! His office is closed now so I don't know where the next place CHRIS SIMMONS will be destroying faces and lives. This has been a living nightmare for almost 3 years!! I have been suicidal for the past 3 yrs. You should see her FB page, always trying to make a buck, she's very aggressive and manipulative.
