great equipment for water purification BUT this company is UNDERSTAFFED and its very difficult to get them out to service. these systems require regular maintenance to operate at full potential. Needed my well chlorinated and a system to improve my ph levels. They came out the same day I called to take a look and came back the very next day to do the work. Not only installed the system for me but also cleaned up some do it yourself piping from previous owner and hauled away several related things I didn't need. The quality of the installation, customized to meet my needs at no additional expense, was outstanding! The lead technician, Billy, is so detail oriented and sincere that I am exceptionally pleased. He even corrected the adjustment on the water pressure switch on my well, demonstrated how to manually back flush the filter, and installed two water faucets for treated and untreated water at the well to allow for irrigation with no extra charges; reasonably priced. The end result looks great, tested perfectly. I could not be more satisfied. It's hard to find installation and service companies with this level of service and concern for the customer today.
