BEWARE & PLEASE READ - 5 stars have clearly been posted by relatives / friends of staff as a sad attempt to balance negative star rating with false positive ones. I'd like to think maybe at one point in her career Dr. Orr was a compassionate woman as reviews from 5-7 years ago state, but in her current practice from the last 2-3 years, she is absolutely the opposite and is good at pretending initially. It is a good thing she has kind dental assistants, because they're the only ones you will actually see or speak to for more than a few minutes during your visit. In retrospect, that is the only positive, considering Dr. Orr is, in my opinion, one of the most volatile, entitled, unprofessional, dishonest women with a large superiority complex and a huge attitude problem I have ever encountered in my 35 years on this earth. Match that with her inability to even speak to you like you are a person, explain what you need or what she is even doing in your mouth, no goodbye just leaving the room, as well as her awful habit of speaking poorly about other patients to patients she is working on, talking down to her staff like they're less than, and the sketchy cameras in the dental rooms... but that isn't even all, she also runs what seems like some kind of insurance / money grab scheme where she won't run your insurance and have you pay out of pocket, persuading you with a payment plan, starting your dental work, then demanding full payment at the appointment where the dental work should have been finished, refusing to finish without the payment in full . I wish this was a single occurring issue but unfortunately I have read and personally listened to multiple accounts of the same instances happening to others, many actually leading to threats of bringing her to court, some suing her, and others she called to persuade them not to sue her. Interestingly enough I was offered a refund for the dental work she didn't finish after a lengthy argument, but only if I didn't post a bad review. This was then denied anyway, Disgusting. Just to note, I would have written it anyway, because I care about people and in my humble opinion she should be shut down.
Lastly, the facility is extremely dirty and feels very off.. I wish I ran for the hills and didn't ignore the red flags and hadn't been suckered into staying with the promise of a payment plan, now I'm left with a throbbing tooth (ever since she touched it), no refund and for another dentist to fix it they will have to start from scratch due to her not pre-authorizing with insurance, creating a lengthy bill. I implore you to listen to the negative reviews, any positives are bought or persuaded I'm sure and from years ago. Don't make the same mistake I did, I promise there are much better places that will actually help you and not leave you worse than you arrived. read more
