Then, when I got home, I still had issues with it! My guess is the guy forgot about it/was busy and when he found one simple thing wrong he fixed that and didn't check to see if that was the root of the problem. If it had only been in for a day or something I could forgive not being thorough, but 2 weeks!?

Bishops is the service center for YTL International and they have delayed a warranty repair…read more I purchased a chipper/shredder last year and it broke an internal bolt. On 4/8/24 the manufacturer directed me to take it to Bishops for the repair. Bishops has had the chipper since 4/12/24 and as of 6/30/24, I still do not have it back. Communications between myself and the manufacturer has been good but response from Bishops has been very slow and many times ignored. They have tried to blame the manufacturer for the delay in shipping parts, but Bishops never sent the info to them to process the claim. This is not the first story I have heard about this type of behavior from Bishops. I simply want my unit back working so I can use what I purchased in good faith.

McDermott's came to my house to work on my mower that I bought at Lowe's. They said that a part…read morebroke on my mower because the blade struck something hard. Funny that the blade wasn't bent and only had normal small nicks in it. But they ever so nicely gave me a estimate to repair my mower. I'm sure they were also paid to look at it by Lowe's. Even the customer service from Husqvarna said the part that broke was VERY hard to break without a very violent blade strike. So why weren't the blades damaged??? Luckily I had someone who knew how to repair mowers take a second look at it before they were paid double to repair it!
