Called Paul's and was told to come by if able, if not they would send a tow truck. Was about 5 miles away and able to make it before car stalled. They immediately looked at it and diagnosed. Turns out my alternator belt had blown. They replaced and was back on road within 1-1.5 hours. Customer Service was excellent, and very friendly. I would highly recommend Paul's to anyone.

He slept on side of road until they showed up earlier than expected at 6am. Paul recommended Joe Caretti's Transmission Service in nearby Hanceville, AL, where they towed him, and who replaced entire transmission by 1pm same day! Joe Caretti's even made my boyfriend a fried bologna sandwich while he waited. :) These are all GOOD FOLKS that take care of you! So within 10 hrs starting at 3am, my boyfriend was back on the road, all was affordable, and I couldn't have been more grateful to all those involved during a very stressful situation. Car was towed at 11:25pm after my husband and I left it just a few hours before because we had borrowed a truck to move a piece of furniture only to come back and it was gone. One Walmart manager said they never call to have people towed and certainly not for that short of time. Another manager said, they have a "deal" with Mayhall and "let" them patrol and tow who they want as long as it's not the Walmart employees. This is some insane sketchy BS money making scheme these guys are getting away with and no one seems to care. When we called the police in the Walmart parking lot thinking our car was stolen they had it in the system that it had in fact been towed and gave us the number and address for the place. That was at 5:00pm and when we called Mayhall at that time they said we couldn't get the car until 8:00am the next morning. When we got there they demanded us give them $305 in cash.....we asked to put eyes on the car to make sure our car was actually there because they right off the bat were treating us with the worst attitude and we were raising an eyebrow to why anyone in 2022 is having a cash only business for hundreds of dollars. They REFUSED to let us see our car without handing them cash to then let us know well not only do you need to find an ATM to get cash and bring it back to us but the car isn't even this lot...it's miles away. They want you to then follow them so they can lead you to where it is all the way off Winchester Road. There was yelling and we had to call the cops on them first thing in the morning even tho that was truly no help either. Cops just told us to pay the money and get on with the day. THE most unprofessional so called business I've ever seen and I cannot fathom how they have stayed in business this long. Heads up, and at least you can say you were warned when it happens to you. Away from home not knowing where to turn for help!…read more We were visiting Decatur on a fishing trip when our boat trailer hub comes off stranding us on the side of the road in a bad side of town. I looked online and randomly picked the closest wrecker service to me. Fortunately, it happened to be "Haul it All Towing". Three men including the owner came to our rescue. They spent an hour or so devising a way to put the boat on their truck. They offered to haul it back to their shop and store it until we were able to secure parts. Turns out we had to replace the whole axle. The owner, Gavin, recommend I try Lawrimore's Trailer in Falkville, AL. They had a perfect match that I was able to secure. Gavin insisted they put the axle on for me. I honestly didn't think we would ever get our boat home, but we did and we have "Haul it All Towing" to thank. These guys are hero's! Within 15-20 min after the call, CJ called me and said that he'd be there within 35 min. He had to go southbound to a below exit and turn around and come back northbound to get to me. Within just a few minutes he had me loaded up and towed my truck to my home about 50 minutes north. He was very professional, friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. AnyWho, ONE call to this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes and they were there in 28. The customer service was great, very accommodating, huge truck, which let me sit in the back very comfortably. They showed up in a timely manner and did a fantastic job hooking my coach up and prepped it for towing. This included crawling underneath to disconnect the drive shift. The young woman who did this was a real pro! They took great care during the entire evolution and I went to Velocity the next morning and everything looked perfect! They even reconnected the drive shift before they left. My hat is off to these two hardworking folks for a job well done!
