I've never waited more than five minutes to be called back, and the doctor usually sees me within another five minutes of sitting down. I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to needles, and this is the first place where I've truly felt comfortable. They use numbing gel, talk me through everything, and even use small techniques like gentle air to distract me. It makes a huge difference, and you can tell they genuinely care about your experience, not just the procedure. I've had cleanings, fillings, and crowns done here, and every time the care has been excellent. The team is experienced, attentive, and very personal, which makes each visit feel much more relaxed. What really stands out is the level of care beyond the appointment. The doctor has personally reached back out after hours to check in and help me schedule when I was having concerns, and they always follow up after procedures. PATIENTS BEWARE! Today, when inquiring about insurance and billing, the insurance manager was down right rude. She failed to carefully listen and respond and instead was defensive, talking over me and then hung up on me. I caution all new and existing patients to read the fine print on your treatment plan recommendations before signing and getting treatments. They claim to "check insurance before an appointment" however upon arrival and making treatment plan recommendations they fail to tell you it's quite the contrary. (read the fine print). Why tell a patient "we checked your insurance and it is covered" and then share treatment recommendations that are not covered by your insurance? My 70 year old husband had fluoride added to his treatment plan (totally unnecessary) and it was NOT covered. We were duped by what they said and also what they chose not to share. Those sneaky little charges add up here and there and before you know it you are paying a couple hundred dollars, if not more. Shameful! I would never recommend this practice to anyone!
