They even input my Social Security Number wrong and sent to the IRS. And when questioned about it they just said "oh it's ok, don't worry about it! Not a big deal! The IRS ended up soft auditing me and I had to hire another CPA professional firm to correct their mistakes for not filing things correctly. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from these guys!
