We live in a newer area of Abilene. We first had issues with the company not burying our line. Fast…read moreforward 5 months line still not buried after repeated calls. The. Our internet would go out randomly and regularly for 8-10 hours a day. Would call get the script response of power cycle your modem. Oh we will send a tech out. He'd come out and say nothing is wrong with our equipment. Now we are sitting at 7 days without internet and have called, used the online help and gone in person to get the issue fixed. They are unable to give us an eta on repair or anything. Apparently it's something to do with the node is what we are told. But the only response we receive is it has been pushed to a higher level of repair we will reach out when we know. 7 days is insane for any company to not be able to provide the service you pay for. Extremely frustrating experience and we are considering switching to a different provider.

Other then one rude employee I have encountered so far this is the best AT&T i have ever…read moreexperienced. I have lived in quite a few states. I'm thankful that these guys are in town at this location because they treat you like a human being. Unlike the one by Walmart off of Kellogg and Greenwich where they are literally sitting around doing absolutely nothing but playing on their electronics no one else in the store but they still don't have time for paying customer when they walk in. So they end up treating you like trash and chasing you out! My husband and I came there after leaving this rock location because of inventory issues and those jerks had us running away from the store after they lied and were super super super rude!
