I am surprised at some of the reviews here. While Liam makes some good points, that is by no means…read moremy experience. After an initial consultation in person with Christian, I received an estimate that was held to. A big factor for me was two-fold, I needed a contractor who was easy to communicate with in English and someone who could take direction remotely as I managed this project in Puerto Rico from New Jersey. They were contracted to install flooring tile in four bedrooms. Not only did they leave everything very clean but they also assisted me in disposing of a fair amount of materials (old carpeting, old furniture, misc). Christian was always available by phone or text. I was also pleased that his costs were for labor only, as I would pay Home Depot directly over the web and he would fetch the material. This project went exceedingly smoothly and I would happily recommend them.

Edgardo brought a crew but not an appropriate sized ladder. I even met their "Eggie," who assured me they were nearby and the quote would only be momentarily delayed. Eggie's a charming young man but neither one kept promises made. So when I call back, Edgardo hands his phone back to his son, who promptly forgets about promise made for a written estimate (proposal). This young man gets into my screen all fresh saying that's between you and Eggie, beach. I'm all like, "Say wha'," and, "is this how you bring it?" For the love of gawd, people, what are you doing here on yelp with these kind of ongoing business operations? So I found page here suggesting an interest in professional treatment of customer but in PR CS's a side-hustle, customer service that is. Here in Aguadilla, they literally took hours to commit, reminders to coax them back into schedule after no show, then discover they had no means to perform as requested. Is it so hard to bring a ladder when you advertise for roofing? A lot of businesses present their chaos to public but far fewer maintain a digital presence where actual feedback from real members of the public can reflect on what their behavior is. So thanks for letting me put this out there, fellas, y'all did me wrong three different ways.
