Robert with DriMaxx came out at 2am within a few minutes getting the water out before anything. He just started helping immediately & that is when I knew I made the right call. Everything was soaked, after Robert's inspection he suggested a testing company for mold to my adjuster & my adjuster (ya know the one who's supposed to be protecting their customer) didn't want to approve the testing, or removing the saturated drywall. Luckily Robert knew exactly how to handle the argument for my insurance claim, Robert emailed pictures directly and the adjuster still didn't want to allow the testing. I'm so happy I trusted Robert, Donald and Noah with my home. They went ahead and ordered the testing through a third party company for mold testing. The water heater may have been leaking before it flooded because we had a high amount of dangerous mold. With the direction from the third party mold testing company DriMaxx removed everything damaged that needed to be removed. Argued with my insurance company after removal and was able to prove my policy covered ALL DAMAGES! My insurance company was trying to say the mold testing wasn't covered under the type of loss that damaged my home. Thank God, I trusted DriMaxx. DriMaxx just don't quit. They'll keep fighting and they'll do the right thing for you and your precious home. The thing is, the DriMaxx team are the professionals. Ask your adjuster what certifications they possess & if they are certified to execute mitigation and remediation procedures!!!!

The job is not finished and they will not finish it even when we did not sign paper work stating job is finished. I have multiple pictures of this work we will have to hire another company to fix!!!
