They are family-run business (Serhii, his brother and family members do all the work), Serhii is a great communicator and he responded to my detailed questions in writing very clearly while some other contractors don't care to spend that time/effort. Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!

After talking to 3 companies that were all recommended by my coworkers, I ended up going with Dinu for the following reasons. - his passion for hardwood. i want someone who is passionate about his work. Dinu is the man - knowledge. i ended up chatting with all of them and found Dinu to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Because this is something he is passionate about , he would spend enough time to explain his thoughts. - integrity. his estimate was very buttoned up without any funny stuff Honestly, there are lots of people who know how to install hardwood floors. I've done that on my own so for me, finding a guy that i can trust and rely on mattered more than anything else. Dinu is that type of the guy. Because the work can only start after closing the house, I had to time everything perfectly and even with a perfect plan, things always go wrong, and it is a matter of a call or text to him to take care of it. Of course, the installation done by his crews (great guys too. there is this older gentleman who is very professional and put all the young guys to shame!!! I believe his name was Mike. It was such a pleasure to get to know the crews as well. I am pleased with the quality for the planning, communication and installation done by Dinu and his team. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend ADL.In fact, I will most likely use his service to update the other house in the near future. Thanks Dinu!

The new floors made the kitchen look much better. About three years ago, we hired Joey to replace the carpet in the living and dining rooms with hardwood. Another job, the results being outstanding. He blended the new flooring with the kitchen floor such that it looks as though it was done at the same time. In September 23, we hired Joey again to install hardwood in our Master bedroom and office. As before, he used a dustless vaccum system so there was little dust after he was done. and he blended the new wood with the old so it's impossible to see where the new and existing joined. Very happy with his work and have recomended him to friends who used his services to their satisfaction.

The technician named Derek…read more The previous tenant cooked frequently, so the kitchen floor grout had accumulated quite a bit of grease over time. In the bathroom, as we know, not every tenant wipes down the shower walls after each use, so the grout, bathtub edges, and caulking had also deteriorated from years of moisture exposure. The grout company did a deep cleaning, repaired the deteriorated areas, recaulked where necessary, and sealed the tile and grout. The kitchen and bathroom tile floors now look almost like new. I think this type of restoration is well worth the cost, particularly compared with replacing otherwise good tile. I especially like having the shower-wall grout professionally sealed, and their lifetime warranty on the sealed areas adds significant value.
