I've been in PT off & on for 35 years. This is one of the best therapies I've experienced for several reasons. The front office staff is very friendly patient & efficient. Your individual concerns are addressed and adapted to each need. I believe their communication is open, and my PT will call me when needed to answer questions regarding my care/needs. The actual building is tight for therapy and exercises. However they are moving into a larger building within 2-3 months. I would recommend them for PT within the Great Falls area & surrounding. read more

Do not go here. This business has been reported to the Better Business Bureau for their shoddy business practices. This business should not even receive one star. Their outsourced billing practices to Big Sky Billing are unethical, incorrect, not transparent, hostile and flawed, causing patients undue hardship, and their physical therapy practices, tools and equipment, and treatments belong to the 1960s. As someone who has spent 20 years in physical therapy, this business by far is one that should be avoided by anyone searching for wellness for the aforementioned reasons. There are many great physical therapy practices and therapists in and around Great Falls. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid more pain by not going to this business. Although I agree that Big Sky Billing is horrendous and Advanced Practice would benefit greatly to find another billing company, the physical therapy itself is top notch! Donna is extremely compassionate and puts such heart in her patients! Leslie is very fun and helpful! I've been going to Advanced Practice for years! Great people, highly professional and caring. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I was in the military for 25 years, wearing and carrying 45 to 70 pounds battle gear, 14 to 16 hours a day, 200 days a year or more. It pretty much destroyed my neck and back. I will never be 100%, but Donna and the rest of the team have helped me recover so much. They are a life saver. read more
