I have never been to a chiropractor before and decided to give it a try. Integrated Physical Medicine had good reviews. I contacted the Joliet Office. Angelique took my call and my information and set me up for a consultation with Dr. Jonathan Burns. Dr. Burns reviewed my history and MRI and set me up with a plan to alleviate my pain. I saw Bella for my Physical Therapy and Dr. Burns did my adjustments. I am very happy to have found this office. Dr. Burns is a very knowledgeable doctor. His plan for working with my problems was spot on. Bella was excellent at working with me for my PT. She made sure that I was performing the exercises correctly. Angelique took care of my scheduling. I would recommend this office for anyone looking to get some relief from their pain.

I requested an appointment online and received an email confirming my request at the Joliet location, and was called a few days later to set up an appointment. Then, the day before my appointment, I received a text asking for me to confirm my appointment all the way in Tinley Park! I obviously had to reschedule at the Naperville location but couldn't get in for nearly a month later. The receptionist at the Joliet ATI was SUPER helpful though and cancelled and rescheduled everything for me from this location. This was likely a computer error and not the fault of this specific location, but I wanted to warn anyone who received the same referral sheet as I did.

I recently moved to IL and was involved in a rear-end collision that aggravated my shoulder/back, and my doctor referred my to PT Solutions. This was hands down the best first PT appointment I've ever had. The staff was friendly, the therapists were excellent and very in-tune with what was happening with my body, and they had me doing an arsenal of new exercises that, in my years of therapy, I've never done - which I can already tell will make a difference. It's a waste of time and money! Luckily, I'm not the type of person to base my decisions on just the words of others, so I figured I'd give it a try! Upon arrival to the clean and serene facility, I was greeted by the pleasant receptionist, Cindy. Cindy set me up with my first appointment and gave me the option of going to the Joliet or Plainfield clinic. I choose Plainfield since it was a straight shot from my home. I was scheduled with Dave, who was actually the owner!!! Can you believe that?! The owner actually provided me with care! That was a huge deal to me! No Big I's or little u's mindsets going on here! He was very friendly and very knowledgeable in his practice. Since my therapy was a lengthy 3 month period I was also able to work with Sarah, she's so cute and tiny-- but don't let that fool you!!! She's strong and makes her stuff!!! I also got to interact with Nolan in passing-- he does elite training. EVERYONE I encountered was very friendly, professional and knowledgable!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am happy to say that I am able to jog again!!!! I am totally a believer in physical therapy now!!! All physical therapy companies are NOT created equal! Brightmore is definitely the best of the best because my specific condition got treated as such-- a specific condition!
