From my very first phone call with Cindy, inquiring about their facilities, to the openness, kindness and love they have shown me and my dogs, I could not recommend them any more. They have kindly cared for both of my dogs in the very best of times, and sadly, in the very worst of times and they were kind, loving and always incredibly gracious. I have zero doubts in my mind that my dogs were not only well cared for but genuinely loved. Sadly, Rosie passed away Thanksgiving of 2024 and Millie recently passed Christmas of 2025. I am looking so forward to the time where I will be back to bringing a loved one to Heavenly Care Kennels, but in the meantime, I wanted the world to know how special this place is!

The groomers are located in the back of the pet Store. The service was impeccable from the moment we stepped in until the time we grabbed our fur baby. Everyone was friendly and the groomers did a fantastic job with our baby. They gave her a clean cut along with a good bath. I love the fact that this place is a one stop shop. Our Groomer, Charles was polite, calm and handled our dog very well. When finished, Lulu looked and felt amazing. Her coat is excellent. The ears... I could not get in the ears and get them trimmed and brushed very well. Charles did. The ears, nails, coat, potty trim, ... all perfect! We'll definitely use them again!

I booked the time and the date finally came for me to get a text message while heading home 30 mins before my appointment that the technician handling my fur baby was running behind. I was told that I would be notified of my window time. When I got home I called the number given to call of you needed help. I called to be told that they were not sure of an exact time and then told me my appointment would be closer to 7pm. Then why make an appointment of that appointment time is not available. I asked for a manager they could not give me a manager. I was give. The run around and lied to. However it is that the company can notify you 30 mins out from your appointment time. But if I had cancel my appointment 30 minis out I would have possibly been charged. Do not waste you time or money with this company. They left me and my fur baby is a very unpleasant situation. They are unprofessional and no one ever contacted in regard to my situation after the told them to have a manager contact me.

That is what happened with Emmy's second visit with Rachael however the outcome was COMPLETLY different. Emmy looked great, Rachael carried her out in her arms (the picture), service was once again outstanding , studio clean, Emmy was not put in a cage, we were called when she was done as requested and went away really pleased.
