Despite these symptoms Herrmann would not see our cat for two weeks. When we reiterated that our cat was in distress Herrmann told us to try a different veterinarian. The other veterinarian saw our cat the following morning even though we were new patients. Our cat died that day. The outcome likely would have been the same but it was unacceptable that Herrmann would not fit their patient in for appropriate care. When we really needed them, they sent us elsewhere.
