We had coverage with them for several years, then made a switch when rates increased. While we were with a different carrier, Rosa stayed in touch, reaching out periodically to check in and compare rates. I shopped around to get the best price with identical coverage. That changed when I contacted Hill & Stone. One by one, they won my insurance business. Within a year, Hill & Stone was my broker for all of my insurance. Each time a policy needed to be renewed, I looked for several quotes. Each time, Hill & Stone found me comparable insurance at the lowest price. I've had claims on auto insurance. The claims were smooth--the insurance held up as expected. Hill & Stone appear to do what a good insurance broker is supposed to do: Find the best insurance at a low price. They are not committed to one insurance company. Even now, I get several quotes for all of my insurance every year. Hill & Stone continues to have all of my business. For me, it was definitely worth calling them.

Outstanding Service ! My husband ans I would like to express…read moreour gratitude to Sally Kwan for the outstanding service we received from her and for her guidance and compassion during a very difficult period. We have been with Todd Markman's Wilmette office for many years which attests to our satisfaction with this company. The staff are efficient and courteous and Sally has been our go to person for information and advice - she has always been a pleasure to talk with. When we discovered that our vehicle has been stolen. We were already under a great deal of stress due to a family medical condition which eventually caused the claims process to last much longer than expected. Sally was our rock from start to finish, she could not have been kinder or more helpful. When she first heard about our situation, she immediately filed the claim for us and contacted the rental car company. During the process she reviewed our policy with us, guided us through the paper work and answered our emails promptly, all the time giving us emotional support, In the final stage, she spoke with the first claims adjuster on our behalf, then conference called with us and the total loss claims adjuster. The whole experience felt like a marathon, and we were very thankful for her proactivity. Sometimes it was hard to realize that we weren't the only ones she was assisting. I think that people in this profession need a rare talent in order to deal with both the practical and emotional needs of those experiencing loss, We were fortunate, working with Sally Kwan was like having a trusted friend on our side.
