I recently needed an inspection for a camp that I was purchasing in Belgrade Lakes. Mike arrived on time and was courteous and professional throughout. I recently had Advanced Inspections do a pre-inspection on my home prior to sale. He was wonderful to work with. He did a full room to room inspection , water and air quality testing and septic system. He prepared a list of items(with picture of the damaged /item to repair) that needed to be worked on to bring to code. This allowed me to do the repairs prior to listing my home for sale and giving me no surprised come closing day. (we did need to do air Radon and water Radon upgrades $6200.00 in repairs. we also had a few minor repairs) but we made the upgrade and priced our home accordingly. As our repairs were made we took photos showing the upgrade /repair was complete and he updated my file. A competed file was given to me for my records. Mike was wonderful to work with...
