The price for everything including labor wasn't cheap, but it was good for the amount of professional work that went into what we wanted done. They took the minimum amount of time and Perry worked with me along the way as I kept adding things. We recently got a check engine light and got it into QEG to find out that the turbo was having a problem. Instead of a bill for an entire new turbo and associated labor costs, they narrowed it down to a $400 part (plus labor of course) and saved me a few thousand. In and out with ordering the part was less than a week. These folks know their Audis!

The tire/wheel package was purchased in advance from a different online supplier, therefore all 2BTA needed to do was install the wheels. I had vibration while driving after the install, took it back and 2BTA said the tires were out of balance so they charged me to rebalance them and said 1 tire was way out of spec. The owner also said that the type of tires I ordered would never ride well because they've had bad experience with them. Since the tires were under warrantee, the supplier issued me a new tire which was taken back to 2BTA to change out. Needless to say they swapped out the wrong tire and they did not rebalance the wheel. The front of my truck vibrated so much that I was unable to drive it above 50 mph safely. Out of frustration with 2BTA, I decided to take it to another tire shop and the manager did a Roadforce Balance check and showed me that the new tire that 2BTA just installed was out by 13oz (WOW!!). I immediately had them re-check the other 3 tires that 2BTA installed and sure enough they were all out of balance also. The other tire shop was able to rebalance all 4 tires and my truck finally drives smooth with no vibration on the road at all speeds now. Before my experience with 2BTA, I checked their reviews and they looked like a respected shop to go to. I don't know if it was a lack of training/knowledge balancing tires or just plain laziness on the tech's part, but I will never recommend or take my vehicles back to this shop for anything tire related.

She actually bought her car from the lot associated with the business. And they let her sell her old car from that same lot and never charged her any storage charge. 3) RUDE with an attitude like they just don't give a s*it. ("It was your responsibility to call us". "Did you think we'd just store it for free". "That's just the going rate". WTF!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!!! My daughter was in an accident in her old Jeep less than 5 miles from the shop. The car was badly damaged and had to be towed. She had a severe concussion as a result. While EMS was helping her, the car was towed to Rick Worley and Son (of a bi-itch). This was a Thursday and Monday when we called we were told the repairs would cost more than the vehicle was worth. THAT WAS FINE and anticipated. When we finally got the vehicle back, the original issue was never fixed. They told us that because ownership changed during that time, they were only responsible for putting the car back together. The car was returned scratched, missing floor mats, with mismatched interior trim, stains on the headliner, and the windshield still leaking--the issue that likely caused the original problem was never diagnosed. Insurance paid them for the work, but the vehicle came back in worse condition than when it went in.

It was some kind of relay/switch that wasn't switching over to heat... that is the best I could describe it! Anyhow, we were able to pick it up on Monday and it cost $223 for parts and labor. Will go again anytime I don't have a repair that I need the car back quickly.
