They are a family owned business and I have met and worked with in same capacity 4 of the Herlihy siblings. They are a great company are quick to respond to inquiries, accidents, purchases etc. In the past I had an agent who just did not want to communicate with him, and if so it was never promptly. I asked Mark to switch me to another agent and he obliged. I used Herlihy for my business photography coverage and Billie Jo is my agent. She is always on top of things and gives me the required information ASAP. Liz has insured all of my questions are timely responded to and that have the bets coverage I can have. When they have been unable to write a policy (at a reasonable rate) due to my house being vacant they told me so and pointed me in the right direction. I love the communication I get when I email or call them.
