Don't waste your time coming here. Terrible customer service. Do your own research instead of taking your dentist referral.

Had to take my 96 year old mother in because she had a molar that was hurting. I was very impressed by Dr Mayhew and the office staff.

There was no clear communication that failing to complete paperwork ahead of time would result in the emergency appointment being canceled. I never received any email with the "required" paperwork. Because of this, my daughter's appointment was canceled, and we had to reschedule her procedure and go forward with an evaluation only. During our visit, the overall experience only worsened. After arriving early, filling out the paperwork and waiting 45 minutes Dr. Chad Smith entered the room and stated we needed to proceed with treatment within five minutes and directed that we not discuss the paperwork issue even though that was the furthest thing on our mind. This felt provoking, dismissive and unprofessional given the circumstances. We were also charged an unexpected evaluation fee despite having a referral from her previous dentist. Although this fee was later refunded due to him refusing to work on her because the paperwork issue it added unnecessary stress and confusion to a very pregnant woman and daughter. Additionally, the receptionist, Abby, was condescending in her approach and lacked empathy throughout the interaction, which made an already stressful situation worse. I took a full day off work for this appointment, and while the fee was refunded, I cannot get that time back. Clear communication, transparency, and a more compassionate approach to patient care would make a significant difference.

So allow me to state the facts: I came to see Dr. boss in October 2025 due to an infection above my root canal treated tooth. The root canal pretreatment was performed and after a follow up visit later that month, I was told the infection was gone. Fast forward 3 months later when I saw my regular dentist for an annual and periodontal maintenance. That's when they noticed a piece of cement from this doctor's procedure still on my tooth. That's 3 months... it was also noted an infection was still present. I went back to Tyler immediately to bring this up. He told me he could take care of the infection and would need to get back to me after consulting the periodontist to game plan a course of action. That was it.... It's March 18th, and I never heard back. This is the quality of care provided. I spent 1500 dollars out of pocket to have a root canal retreatment and all I got was the same infection, a piece of cement left on the surface of my tooth, and a follow up consultation where I never heard back regarding next steps. I hope I'm able to help you I deciding whether to see Tyler. I know I could NOT recommend Tyler Boss any less

On my first appointment I walked in the door exactly 10 minutes late and was fully aware of that and ready to happily rebook. I walked in to the two receptionists on there cellphones facing away from the front and overhear the one who isn't even tending the front say "15 minutes late" in a condescending tone clearly not meant for me to hear followed by and eye roll. They break up their conversation and turn back to their computers. No hello, welcome, or goodmorning just "Are you ____?" I understand it's early so I brush that off and tell her I know im late can they still take me? I end up just saying I'll call and rebook because I don't have my calendar. On my way out in a normal tone I told them they should be a little more friendly working as receptionists. I have my fiance call back today and they tell him I was marked a no show and cannot rebook. I have asked to speak with a supervisor twice and been told I will receive a call back, never have. I have expressed that this is not my fault I was not a no show I was in office and left being told to call and rebook. It seems like the front desk girls decided they were going to mark me as a no show on purpose to avoid me becoming a patient or contacting their supervisor. Incredibly unprofessional and my dentist already said after the first incident he won't be referring here but maybe this will bring this situation to the attention of someone who can address them.

I was very impressed by all of the new machinery that they used to get extensive images and x-rays. They were able to create 3D models that showed high-level details of my mouth within minutes. All the staff was courteous and professional. The facility was also very clean. Otherwise my visit felt transactional and impersonal which I personally do not expect from my dentist. The recommendations that I received for my dental care plan was the most expensive and inconvenient procedure with no other options being considered. Then I was dismissed to the scheduler who tried to schedule everything in the next few days. She wasn't overly pushy and I was able to politely decline but I was disappointed. In contrast, when I went to another dentist for a second opinion, I was given more reasonable and flexibility options that address my dental care needs based on priority and most cost-effective use of my insurance over time. Two different schools of thought. I understand them both very well but as a patient, I prefer having my suggested care plan provide me with incremental, customized options rather than just the most expensive one size fits most plan. I hope this helps everyone.

After my husband posted a bad Google review (they constantly changed his appointments), I received a text message stating that they canceled my children's future appointments and our account due to the review. I didn't post a review, but now I will. My first visit I went into an extreme panic attack where my body froze up and required me to have laughing gas. This has never happened to me before and I did not blame the dentist, but when I went back 6 months later, I was told that the dentist did my filling wrong so they had to redo it. They covered all the costs which I was happy about, but it was still traumatic. This was a childhood filling they replaced that I never had issues with, but I trusted their expert opinion and let them do it. I ended up with mouth pain and bite issues that I had to go back for. My second incident happened a few weeks ago when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was exploring all my options and my primary care doctor suggested I speak to my dentist regarding a dental device. I called, the office confirmed they do this type of thing, so I scheduled my appointment for after work. It was their latest appointment, so I took my toddler in their PJs expecting the appointment to be short. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes with my son starting to lose his mind before we were called into the office only to be told they don't do dental devices. They referred me somewhere else. Such a huge waste of time. I'm a pretty patient person and understand mistakes happen, but having this company automatically remove our account and inform me over text without any sort of real communication was the last straw.

My wife was my hygienist for the past 25 years and I received a thorough one hour cleaning every six months. I went through three hygienists at three different practices before finally discovering Springs Dentistry. The cleaning I received there was very much in line with my expectations and previous standards. It is probably important to qualify "expectations and standards" - I want an aggressive cleaning where scaling at or below the gum line occurs. I am not interested in conversation or making new friends; I am interested in excellent oral health care where every tooth is scaled. I just concluded a major procedure that required a sizeable investment under the expertise of Dr Nye and her awesome assistant Allie (if there were such a thing as a PA for a dentist Allie would be it) whom everyone seemed to yield to for approval. The excellent care I received from my hygienist Meghan, was a good indication that the dentistry would be the same; this was absolutely the case. My care and my satisfaction were clearly Dr. Nye's highest priority - the results of her work have earned my highest endorsement and interest in writing this review.
