Visited recently for diagnostic tests. Arriving they take your temp and give you a face mask if you…read moredon't have one they prefer. Then if there's a line you have to squeeze through to line up to wait at the registration desk. Some workers are more helpful to help, some seem too busy to move the line along. After checking in I went to wait and the technician came out within five minutes-Trish. Trish is like sunshine with her friendly upbeat personality. She helped me feel at ease while getting the diagnostics completed. I required follow up the following day and Dr. Ahn was friendly and professional as well. For a test on Friday, I had results on the following Tuesday which was after a holiday on the Monday. The parking is not that convenient, but it's good to get more exercise.

3/15/26 I received a text saying they received my doctor order for a CT scan. I tried to call and…read morethere were 20 callers in the queue. I put in a request for a call back. After four hours of not getting a call back I tried calling again. There were 30 callers in the queue. I went to the tranow app and tried to schedule an appointment. Got it filled out but it asked some complicated medical questions about the type of CT scan. I had to guess. It kept telling me there was an error in red and I was not able to submit because I couldn't guess the right answer. Soooo I tried calling back again. There were 30 people in the queue. That day and the next day or any day I never got a call back. If you are not going to call back don't offer it. Since I never got a call back a few days later I was in the neighborhood around 4 pm so I stopped by. They stop taking walk ins at 4.30 pm. The staff called to see if they could take the image. They were able to do it. The actual scan took five minutes. If you have the type of imaging that you can walk in don't bother calling. Just do a walk in. Calling is non productive and ridiculous.

Dr. Capitano at Oly Ortho is the real deal. She's using this newer regenerative technique --…read morelayering red blood cells on top of the platelets -- and she didn't just tell me to trust her on it, she actually backed it up with research and showed me real results. Spent a full 40 minutes with me, super clear and direct the whole time, and she actually gets h-EDS, which honestly isn't a given. She goes to conferences every single year too. Not because she has to -- because she wants to keep learning. That's rare and I love it. Adding her to my treatment team, and my husband's too!

I had severe degenerative disc disease with widespread disc collapse, herniations, bulging discs, and constant nerve pain radiating down my arms that made daily life extremely difficult. I had not slept normally in years. My experience at the Olympia Orthopedics Spine Center was excellent. The process was highly efficient, well-organized, and compassionate. The nurses were especially kind, calm, and incredibly reassuring. Dr. Manista was at my bedside I woke up in recovery, sitting with me, smiling with confidence, and making sure I was fully awake and stable before leaving. He even made a light comment about restoring alignment and giving me a little height back--which turned out to be true! On the drive home, I already noticed I could move my arm and shoulder more freely, and the constant nerve pain that had been radiating down my arms was gone. What a life-altering moment!! Dr Manista's post-operative surgical summary was extremely detailed, and walked me through the entire procedure, including decompression, discectomies, and stabilization. It was clear, precise, and reassuring. Ten days later, I feel fantastic! My range of motion is already remarkable. Rather than losing mobility, I've already gained function and mobility in my neck--it's truly amazing! I cannot recommend Dr. Manista, Amanda Cho, and the entire team highly enough. Thank you for the life-changing care. Best regards, Laura

No one wants to go to Urgent Care. Ever. But, sometimes it's just necessary. This is a health…read morefacility that is well organized, efficient and friendly. Most of the time you can walk in, but when things get too crowded, they require an appointment. It's always good to call before you leave the house. All the ARNPs, Doctors and Nurses have been attentive, skilled, timely and professional. ( I've only had ONE Dr not listen, not care and not treat me for a reoccurring condition). The front desk personnel does an excellent job with sometimes difficult circumstances. The seating leaves a lot to be desired, so come alone, or limit the number of people you bring. If you DO end up needing to go to the hospital, they make it easier by contacting the facility and sending you with paperwork so you don't have to "begin again". It makes for a smooth transition and may save time. Know that only the Westside and Hawks Prairie facilities have ultrasound machines. :)

My care was transferred to Dr. Ahmad. Despite assurances that everything would be transferred seamlessly and my established treatment plans would be maintained as is, Dr. Ahmad chose to reduce the dosage of my primary source of pain relief by half. Without telling me. No one contacted me to inform me of this, and I would not have even known this change happened if I had not looked at my bottle to make sure I received the correct medication through the mail. Upon requesting an explanation, I was told that the doctor FELT my dosage was "a very high dose for a young female" and admitted to not knowing anything about my case. Yelp is preventing me from sharing the MyChart screenshots... here's a direct copy and paste of the messages: Me: 11:28 AM I'd like to know why my Celebrex was refilled at half strength. I was receiving 200 mg twice a day, and was reduced without notice to 100mg. This is not going to be sufficient for my needs, and with my history of medical mistreatment... this is incredibly triggering and anxiety inducing for me. Jowairiyya S.
