I've had 12 appointments over the past few weeks and it is very easy to schedule an appointment and they only take 5 minutes. They were always ready for me when I got there, I never had to wait. I would even get there 30 minutes early sometimes and they would just take care of me right away. They are really easy to reschedule with if you need to move something around too. The best part is that they are literally the nicest people I have ever met. The two ladies at the front desk always greet you by name and are really friendly in all your interactions with them and Dr. Boehmer was also always really kind and friendly. I wish everywhere gave the kind of positive customer service that they give here.

If you have specific spots you'd like worked more, she's happy work on those specific areas as much as you'd like. Still did a great overall body massage. She can go deep tissue or light to match your needs. She is wonderful at deep tissue and really listens to what you'd like. She is also good at finding the points that have more knots or tension. The staff in the office was friendly as well and it just seemed like a good establishment. An hour massage with Wanda is normally $70 so a little pricey but worth it if you really need to get in or just want to treat yourself.

I received a refund check for $50 a few days later, and, while I will never know whether that was an accurate refund relative to the amounts I paid, I am happy to at least receive something for the time and money that was wasted. They also included a $5 coffee gift card as an apology for the trouble. I appreciate the attempt by the owner to clear up the issue and added stars to my review to reflect that.

Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. The adjustments are just what I needed, and I felt completely comfortable during that. Very accommodating with writing a note for work with all the right words that fit my specific needs and situation. There was also a blond girl who massaged my neck and she was very kind and sweet! Every time I walk out of my appointments, I leave feeling 100x times better, physically and emotionally. Leaving that place in a bad mood seems impossible. They all have a very welcoming, calm, and positive energy to them and it truly makes all the difference especially when I'm walking into my appointments in pain and maybe some irritation or whatever from dealing with life in general lol, so it really just changes my entire day around and I couldn't be more thankful for this place and the people who work there providing us with above and beyond care!
