I've had deep lower lumbar issues since a trampoline accident when I was a kid. He is the only Dr. I've been to who gets it to realign in Corvallis/Albany. There's another good one in Eugene, Dr. Casey, so I'm glad I have Dr. Sheparo so I don't have to drive the hour to get quality treatment in my home town. The great part, for me anyways, is that they generally have same day appointments if I tweak my back and need same day care. It might be with a different Chiropractor but it's better than waiting!!

They carefully ask what is bothering you, warm up the area, and then work their way around your body and actually find the problem spots. Typically the patient will feel it just as the doc locates the problem spot with his knowledgeable fingers. Dr. Aptecker Sr. adjusted a rib that had been out for 20yrs in my estimation. I had no idea and for the first time in my adult life I was standing upright. Mid-valley gave me good advice on how I could help myself at home and did not try to schedule me with some set number of future appointments whereby they could guarantee their revenue. They use a drop table, manual adjustments, and an activator, amongst other tools of the trade. The practice recently changed hands to the daughter and her business partner from the previous doc. The two are carrying on with good practice. Dr. Wilson did a very fine job adjusting me the other day and I feel great today and decided I needed to yelp about it!
