I had multiple appointments cancelled by them and re scheduled. I missed one appointment, office said two, she immediately got defensive, argumentative followed with raising her voice. Being an adult and having a child yell at me when trying to figure out the billing problem was unacceptable. I cancelled my future appointments even though insurance was covering my appointment's. Sometimes even free comes with a cost.

Bilby is a miracle worker!…read more I came to him with ankle pain I had been suffering for several weeks. I had already seen a podiatrist who told me she couldn't diagnose the problem without a $1000 MRI, but added that I would probably need an expensive orthotic walking boot or even more expensive physical therapy for several months. While I was weighing these options, a friend recommended a visit to Bilby for a second opinion. When I saw him, I explained the story and the podiatrist's recommendations and he said very quickly that it was all unnecessary because I very clearly had tendonitis in my ankle that was the result of tension in my lower back pulling the muscles in my legs, which were then tightening the muscles in my ankle. He said a simple alignment on my lower back should take care of everything. I was skeptical, but after a very quick and painless adjustment, my pain felt better immediately! I had one more alignment with him a week later and the pain disappeared completely. And it cost me less than $100!
