I learned something new. I went in with a break and 2 months later was told it was worse than when I broke it. At that point I got three second opinions... I was told by all three, that I should have immediately been refereed to an Orthopedic Surgeon. NO!! Dr. Kelly had 'treated' it and what a mistake and disaster that was. I will not go into further details regarding my 'treatment' but suffice to say I ended up with, where I should have originally been sent to... An Orthopedic Doctor. As for Dr. Kelly, personally, he comes across very nice, but has very poor communication skills and DOES NOT LISTEN to what his patients say. He accused me of not following his 'treatment' and claimed that was why the foot was worse. Taking no responsibility that I should have seen an Orthopedic to start with. He finally brought me to tears out of sheer frustration of not listening to me tell him I did everything EXACTLY as he said to do for the two months and being told the foot is worse. Can you imagine? Then he had the disrespect to actually ask me if I was suicidal and suggest I go to a Psychiatrist and get on medication. No, I was not suicidal and do not need medication WTF. I'm Mad and need a working foot!! As for other people who have posted reviews, I 100% Agree... I have Never in my entire life (I'm OLD), encountered such a rude, disrespectful, horrible and downright TERRIBLE human being in the Medical industry, as the Bit*h at the front desk. Do yourself a favor and WALK away, even if you have to crawl on a bloody stump of a foot and do not let these people touch your foot or in to your life.

And frankly, my doctor performing the procedure looked like he was hungover from drinking the night before. I made the mistake of having it done the Monday before Thanksigiving and I was in utter pain the entire week and absolutely nobody would get back to me when I reported the issue. No nurse took this pain seriously because it was obviously an inconvenience during a holiday weekend. To add insult to (literal) injury- their billing department has been a total NIGHTMARE. They've sent me various bills with various totals and when I reached out to my insurance company they said they had been paid and I owed nothing else. I've reached out to them a handful of time and I thought the matter was taken care of. THEN- I get more bills almost a year later. Charging me for the follow-up... the appointment they made to make sure nothing was infected It's NOT an appointment I made for a separate issue. This has felt like a total scam. Doesn't sit well with me. I've been writing yelp reviews for probably more than a decade. I think my credibility speaks for itself, backed by a proven track record. This took a year to even write. Because I can let things go! But when you keep trying suck money out of me... I'm going to start thinking your scammers.

Arizona Foot Health - This was the only difference on one pad. They did add this piece of foam. Other than that, it was a regular orthotic insert.

Lol I believe it was a corn. *Correction-not corns but calluses instead* So the doctor delicately dug out the dead skin formed around the point of pressure and it felt so much better. I think he used a scalpel even and it didn't hurt a bit! Fast forward today-the original calluses I had are gone but I have another one forming that hurts so bad when I walk. Im actually looking forward to going back and getting it shaved out again! Seriously! The relief it brings is immeasurable.

I have talked to another doctor and it was a common issue. He did manage to talk me into getting some orthotic inserts for $450. Pease review the pictures to see what he gave me. They are the cheapest flimsy orthotics I've ever seen with a postage stamp size piece of rubber added just below big toe. I would've gladly gotten a pair for each of my shoes, but these are downright worthless. Would love to show them to the doctor and see what he thinks. A waste of money.

Arizona Foot Health - These are very similar support in the arch except the $35 one from Amazon is so much better. Not $450

Arizona Foot Health - The blue one was ordered online as opposed to the $450 thin black pad.
