"Plumber" came out and spent an hour running a snake through the bathtub access points and the washing machine drain pipe. Never did get the clogged pipe cleared. Wanted to charge me $3000 to dig a hole in the front yard on Apricot loop on 6/10/2026. Cost me $547 for him to waste my time. Hired a real plumber from Globe to drive out, locate my sewer pipe, dug down 3 feet to the clean out pipe with a 4 man crew for $740.90 in just 2 hours. I contacted Advanced Air Systems for plumbing service to replace a leaky seal in a toilet. When the technician arrived I was told it would cost over $400 and then I was charged $80 for that estimate. I had a friend replace the $6 part and it took him around 20 minutes to complete the job. I am very disappointed with this small town business owned company and will never contact them for services of any type. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Signed up for their premier service several years ago... I had to call for appointments... they are supposed to call me... found something wrong every time they came... a/c in the spring... Heater in the winter... came yesterday said nothing wrong with a/c heater needed a part... estimate to repair almost 2 grand and I'm supposed to get a discount... no itemization... also called them for a quote to reinstall a stove pipe... I had all the parts...over 800.00... had a handy man do it and it was 100.00.... read more

We had home warranty work done on our HVAC. They changed out the primary drain pan but not the obviously defective splash guard. This was only caught about a year later when we had an annual maintenance done by another HVAC service. They also damaged a cabinet when going into the attic and did not offer to repair it. It would have been good of them to also warn us of other obvious issues when they were addressing the warranty problems.
