Just this week, they handled a complex (at least for me!) problem with my heat pump. Jerry showed up when he said he would, and got right to work. The job took two visits to fix, but Jerry showed nothing but professionalism and focus to get my A/C and heat pump working properly. GNS sure picked a helluva guy when the signed Jerry up. Even better? THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE! Companies like GNS and people like Jerry are the reason why I go local when I need help with stuff going wrong at the house. I don't know how far they travel for work, but I say you give them a call even if you're 50 miles from them. You'll be just as pleased as I am with the results.
