Around the holidays, the oven went out, and that forced us to actually get it fixed. In the years that the burner was inoperative, I had asked many of our other trusted service people if they knew any good appliance repair guys. Our HVAC guy mentioned Roadrunner, so I gave him a call. Lionel responded quickly, had the part for the oven on his truck, and fixed the burner without having to order anything. And at half the price the others had quoted for just the burner. An added plus was Linoel's extensive knowledge of the area and Ft. Huachuca, where I served in 1970.

We brought my Singer 500A Slant-O-Matic Rocketeer sewing machine there on Sept. 4th, 2018 and I was helped by Nick. I explained the problems. Nick said there were several sewing machines ahead of mine but that it should be done within the week or so. On Sept. 11th, 2018 Mr. Walneck called up to say my sewing machine was ready to be picked up! That's fast service! He charged me their normal fee - no finding something "extra" to add onto the bill or wanting me to buy a "part that I might need" or anything like that. Mr. Walneck also said that he may have a sewing machine case. We went there to pick up the sewing machine and Nick went in the back and asked which case it was and came out and showed us. It turned out to be the original 1960's plastic carrying case for the Singer 500A/503A sewing machine! They wanted $25.00 for that so we bought the carrying case as well. Now my Singer 500A works well! All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend that you trust them with your vintage, even antique, sewing machines or vacuum cleaners.
