The installation crew deserves recognition. They did an excellent job installing our new HVAC unit and ductwork, completed everything they promised, and finished within the expected timeline. They were professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with.
Unfortunately, our experience went downhill once we had to deal with the owners, particularly Jacob. There was a significant lack of follow-through, communication, and honesty. We were told that, as a nonprofit organization, we would receive a 100% rebate. Instead, we received only about 10%. When we questioned the amount, we discovered the rebate paperwork had been submitted incorrectly. That also explained why Jacob had stopped returning our phone calls and emails.
The final straw came when a bracket on our air conditioning unit broke. At the time of this review, it has been approximately four weeks, and we are still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Once again, we experienced the same pattern of unanswered calls, ignored emails, and no clear communication regarding when the replacement part would be ordered, arrive, or be installed.
While the installation crew did outstanding work, the owners' lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service completely overshadowed that positive experience. Because of our experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend FLOWORX Mechanical LLC for heating and air conditioning services. Buyers should proceed with caution. In our experience, Jacob's word proved to be unreliable.
