I wanted to order a product with Advanced Aesthetics, and I tried calling many times only to be ignored. The service is bad, and I am never ordering from them again. I'm glad I don't have to deal with them anymore now that I live in a different state. read more

But gave the wrong dosage will not answer the pharmacy I've been try for about two days. then the after hours call for no reason to tell me call back during normal business hours I was for two hours. I would not recommend this place it's no way near what it was before plus the lady was ungodly rude to the point why have that job if helpin people breaks your heat . I've been transfer 3 times they don't care and must be to busy they all should be fired and replaced office wasn't that great either

In good faith, I really would NOT recommend this dermatology practice. For some reason, (I will…read morenot speculate) they schedule far too many patients per day for the practitioners to do a thorough, competent and complete exam. After waiting over 90 minutes, I had a 2-3 minute exam for skin cancer. The Dr. did not wear magnification glasses, check my face up close, have me stand or check the back of my legs or sides. I found a mole on my side the next morning that he missed. He rushed and treated a few spots in seconds with liquid nitrogen which hurt like the devil and blistered up which has never happened to me before. I will not be returning- this practice is NOT for me. I want to be valued as a patient and a human being not a number.
