This due to billing, the outsourcing of the call center, and not being able to speak to someone in the office. Talking to an actual billing person is near impossible. Every time I am in the office there is always a new charge for something. I have also found in my EOB's that there are charges that aren't even covered with my insurance or the services have been entered incorrectly. Unfortunately, I will have to leave because of this issue. My medical is expensive enough, I don't need the headache of trying to figure out their mess every time I have an appointment.

RUDEST staff I have ever experienced!!! Especially the girl with pink hair who works the front…read moredesk! I had a 4:30 appt, received a voicemail while I was at work offering to come in early due to cancellations but if not they'd keep my regular appt. I tried to call them back to let them know I could not leave work that early, but the phone rang and rang and nobody answered. I showed up to my appt at 4:25. Mind you, I had to leave work early to make this appt, only to find out they cancelled it so they could leave early. They attempted to call provider to see if she would come back, she said no. So they cancelled without even calling to let me know! Who does that? When I showed up they did not apologize, and were annoyed they had to deal with me. I could hear them whispering about me while I was waiting for them to call the provider. Went to my car and cried over this experience. This is the third terrible experience I've had with their staff. Beware. Posting voicemail transcript and call log of me trying to call them back. They claimed they have no manager at their office for me to speak to.
