I completed an AET course, I gave my ID in, waited 6 weeks for results to be told that I had not done enough words, fair enough to that, so I did the extra work and hand delivered it to the office and have waited another 6 weeks for the results to be told by the woman in the office that I need to send my ID in and also that I did not take the work in, I explained that I signed a book in the office and she said she will get back to me in two hours. So I will update then, One other thing which was most un professional the course trainer did nothing but try and sell us her own work on her own web site, I did enjoy the course however but they don't seem to know what they are doing, but oh so quick on accepting the payment correctly. read more

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! I did a CCTV course and it was pretty poor to be honest. They changed the venue with less than 24 hours notice. When I arrived at the building, I was then told it was in a different building with zero security. People where just walking straight into the building on the upper floor from a car park!! as a security manager this would give me nightmares. the class room was old, shabby and not inviting at all. the windows couldnt close as there were no locks on them at all!! On the day we were meant to do the actual practical, we had to sit in a corridor for most of the morning and use the reception CCTV system, which again had zero security cover. We were meant to have the tests Sunday afternoon but were told that the courier delivering the test papers couldnt deliver on the Saturday which turned out to be a pack of lies, I think they just didnt have enough people to sit in on the tests. When we started complaining that we would have to stay behind till late on Sunday evening because the one and only person they had to sit in on our tests was already with another group, suddenly they found another person. all in all, it was run on a shoe string to be honest, there were no refreshments available, all you had was Asda's which was a 10 min walk with only a 30 min lunch break! Or a kebab joint. Next time, I will pay the extra money and get a course which comes better recommended. Do yourself a favour and avoid ADVANCED TRAINING UK at all costs, dont waste your money on these jokers. read more

Don't use this company. I suspect is a scam for not only money, but your personal information. The course was appalling from start to finish. the course changed venue and location 3 times in the 3 days before the course. The course leader didn't know what he was talking about. It was dodgy from day one. All they want is your personal information and your money, and beyond that they just do not care. Worst of all, when I asked, I was told the company selected the awarding body at random, which cannot legally happen. The website says C&G, but by the looks of it, they awarding body could well be made up, as the company doesn't appear to be known by any of the awarding bodies listed on their websites. read more
