I am also glad the company made a couple changes that makes a huge difference in the place. The place is clean, has new flooring, and feels like a much safer place to have a legitimate spot for Storage. After talking with them on the phone on the day of the move, and then working with them in the week after the move, we were able to agree on a price that was fair, and I feel like it was appropriate. The movers were extremely friendly and polite, and we never had any problems with damage. They treated all our possessions with care. And the corporate people I worked with were eager to make things right.
