She offers Waters, and Storage Discounts, and Bonuses. And she does it all with smiles. The storage is Super Safe, and she is always 5 minutes away if you ever need anything. And OH MY GOD... I love her hair. The storage units are kept extremely nice and clean, and when I showed up, they purchased one of those power scrubbing mop that you see the janitors use in public schools. She also answered all of my crazy questions... And more. She even let me relax in the lounge office and just talked to me. So loving. I Love Towne Storage just because of her. Thank you Tonya.

I rented a U-Haul truck from Point of the Mountain Storage this past Saturday. Pickup and return…read morewent smoothly and the staff were friendly, so I was happy with the experience until my receipt arrived the next day with a $20 fuel surcharge. I had filled the tank before returning the truck and showed the clerk my gas receipt at drop-off. When I called to ask about the charge, I got stuck in an endless hold loop, so I went in person and waited about 20 minutes to talk to someone. The manager said the gauge showed 7/8 full. I showed him the same receipt and explained that I'd filled it completely. There's no reason I would pay for gas and then stop an eighth of a tank short. He was rude and argumentative from the start. He did eventually agree to look into it, but it took so long that I left, and he called me an hour later to say there was nothing they could do. A gauge reading slightly under full right after a fill-up isn't unusual, and a customer with a receipt in hand deserves the benefit of the doubt. It is a crooked business practice to add fees that they hope no one will see and then treat the customer rudely when confronted with the inconsistency.

Finding a reliable, secure place to park our rig was stressing me out, but storing our RV here through Neighbor has been an absolute breeze. The space is clean, level, and very easy to back in and pull out of without feeling cramped. The host was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and made move-in day seamless. Knowing the rig was parked in a safe, monitored spot gave us complete peace of mind. We will definitely book here again whenever we need storage--highly recommend!

In Feb 2024 I called 11 different storage companies on the West side of Salt Lake valley. 10 of them would not tell me what their history is for raising rents on existing customers, and would not connect me to anyone with authority to discuss it. I had been renting from Extra Space Storage for 7 years, during which time they raised my rent an exorbitant 140%, but would never connect me with anyone to explain why. They are currently charging new customers 120% less than me. Bait and Switch! When I called Copperview, I talked directly with the owner, Jim. He explained that he treats existing and new customers equally when he his costs require rate changes. I talked to two different people who have rented from him for years, and they each confirmed that rates have risen reasonably, close to inflation. They are pleased with how they have been treated. I started renting at Copperview in Feb 2024 for the lowest rate of any of the 11 companies I had called, for my size unit. He and his staff have treated me very well. We had the "lower rate" instead of the other discount options like third month free. WtH is a contract for if they can just so, ohm we don't like it anymore... 2 stars because the units looked decent. Just watch your pricing. There are more reasonable priced ones.
