I have been going to Advanced PT at their 48th St location in Quincy IL for my health needs for over 15yrs now, with pretty good success however, after I was recently injured in a car accident (not my fault was a passenger) their billing department is refusing to bill my health insurance after the auto insurance money has dried up. As a result, I was forced to cancel/interrupt my PT before I've actually been healed to go to another provider who will bill my health insurance. Love the therapists who care about their patients hate their deceitful, greedy, billing department that does not care at all for their patients. So if you are going here for anything other than a standard treatment I would highly recommend you reconsider as they are NOT going to be on your side. read more

I was feeling pretty good after some serious injuries in a work related accident, until I was sent to Advance Physical Therapy's Hannibal facility for work hardening. I was put on a stairmaster and my "therapist" demanded I "Stay on Top!" in addition to being placed on an 8-10 position weight machine with too much weight on it.Within 6 weeks I could barely walk or move my arms because of the torture I received from Justin Gerhardt due to his complete indifference and conscious disregard for my health and safety. I needed surgery to both knees, both shoulders and six months of Physical Therapy ELSEWHERE. It cost me and my insurance company over $200,000 in repairs to my body, with limited success. While the owner/operator, Chad Falconer, whitewashed all records as if nothing ever happened.
