Standard line is, we'll submit your insurance and you owe the remainder; however, no where in the information my daughter was told did the staff tell her they were OUT-of-network, were NOT a preferred provider or that they were NOT an in-network provider for any insurance companies. Dr. Pritts has many positive reviews, but my daugher was passed on to the associate dentist who is inexperienced and rough. I attempted to resolve the lack of transparancy with their billing with the practice, but they were unwilling to acknowlege the concern suggesting unrealistic options that a college student can't afford.
